The controller of personal data is Posh Property with its registered office at Św. Wawrzyńca 21/55, 31-060 Krakow („Controller”), which can be contacted at biuro@posh-property.com Personal data will be processed in order to respond to your message and for marketing and analytical purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in handling correspondence and conducting direct marketing of its own products and services, including for analytical purposes (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR). Our employees, subcontractors and entities providing services to us (ie IT services and technical support) will have access to your data to the extent necessary to handle correspondence. Your data will be stored for the period necessary to consider the query or file an objection, and within the scope of the consent expressed in accordance with Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law – until its withdrawal, and within the scope in which communication takes place under the contract – until its completion and the expiry of the limitation period for any contractual claims. You have the right to:

• request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to transfer data,
• object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your specific situation,
• lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing your data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will result in the inability to respond to your message. Expressing consent is voluntary. Personal data will not be used to make automated decisions, including profiling.
